CLIOD programme (part 2)

p.s. the whole fine dining experiance frm above is the fastest i had ever eaten..finished bread,appetizer,main course n desert all in half an hour..lol u must be thinking i ate like i havnt eaten in 1000 years,but no,its like once we finish eating,our waiter which he is always on standby will immediately take our plates n serve our next meal,so our mouth & stomoch basically had no rest XD

OH oh! i knew all of wht was going on in the restaurant n kitchen is coz my table was right infront of the kitchen..yeah~ KITCHEN ACTION! nice movie =)

back to the classroom we had another project..tht is to pair up in groups of 5 ppl n they gave us charcoal n a HUGE piece of paper n ask us to draw ur partner's 1 section of the face..all of us ??? on the head..so the instructor drew a face n split it into 5 parts(left eye,right eye,left nose,right nose,mouth) so this is what we drew of each other n then match it up to become a face

1. wan chien's eye,artist:zhi han
2. zhi han's eye,artist: wan chien
3. eu jin's half nose,artist:me
4. kim mei's nose,artist:eu jin
5. kim mei's mouth,artist: jo lynn

from there we got on to another~ project..which is u r give n an egg n some materials(newspaper,thread,satay stick,straw n rubberbands)
so we're suppose to be creative to build something tht will protect the egg when we throw it from the 3rd floor. NOTE: if you jump off the 3rd floor confirm not just ur leg patah,i think can die also..so imagine la..our egg SURVIVED,not a crack on it..landed like a feather also..too bad i dun have the pic /movie of our deisgn..mayb it might be at taylor's website under CLIOD programme

College Life In One Day at TAYLORS(part 1)

TAYLORS college organized a programme called CLIOD for students to find out more bout the courses offered at taylor's...i chose the architecture,interior design one coz thts the want im interested in. At first,they gave a little introduction to wats architecture,interior design n interior architecture. it gave me enlightment for this 3 course

ARCHITECTURE

1. needs more than 6 yrs to complete
2. needs to have interest

1. need math & eng to be credits in SPM

INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE

1. need credits in maths,add maths,eng in SPM
2. deisgn n can hack down pillars tht they think bad fung shui*of course after hacking the house must not collapse la*

INTERIOR DESIGN

1. need maths,add maths & eng credits in SPM
2. design inside of house but cannot hack pillar tht they think is irritating,can only beautify the pillar =.="

ok....from here we were asked to do a name card,bcoz each architect must have their own special name card which shows ppl who they are... so here is my work
then after another lecturer came in while we're still doing the card..so he entertain us by giving us jokes,riddles n act silly of himself XD.he displayed each of our work in front n try to figure out wat type of person we are..he said: oh u like to make things a...interesting !Then he gave us another project..called the jack n jill picture story telling...he gave us a piece of paper filled wit all sorts of pictures n symbol n boxes to make the story....this is my version of jack n jill
okay...after LUNCH TIME! the highlight of my day =). okay we went down back to ground floor,seeing all those hawker stall there,we were thinking aiya sure chicken rice or nasi lemak only coz lunch is free for us...then suddenly they took us to TAYLLORs hospitality n tourism,got 1 practice restaurant for culinary arts,so we thought ok passby only not eating here one...WAH mana tau, we went in,then i saw student waiters,student waitress,student cashiers,student chefs...AND AND we sat down u know...wah my heart tht time was like yes!...hotel dining ^^
suddenly a waiter came,he introduced himself like in a proper FINE DINING WAY le...n ask us wat we would like to order....so we looked at the menu...shocking part is u cant choose...haha...
the menu is written to serve ur table tht food..every table's menu is different one,so my menu is

1. appetizers= pumpkin soup
2. main course= chicken wit oyster mushroom
3. desert= cream puff wit caramel sauce
4. i forgot to mention the bread b4 the soup

oh and they were actually graded for this le~ the way they serve,the way they talk to guest..one waitress she was juggling 3 plates in her hand,n so happen the food got thumbprint stain on the plate,then the judge: is the thumbprint suppose to be part of the deco? girl: i dunno judge: better go back to the kitchen n check!
my waiter,tested for the menu...judge: does the desert have any sos on it boy: no judge: r u sure? boy: err yeah~ *judge turns away,n curi our menu to look* n then tells judge yea no, judge: u sure waht if got sos come out how?>? boy: err... judge: better go back kitchen n check! boy returns: yeah got~caramel sos lo~

I'm sure majority sony phones come with this face warping software.but mine doesn't. because its so hillarious,i just had to download it n play with it.u can find it anywhere in the net under phone softwares.
ok..this is how it works..u take a picture* normal look.no pose required* then it will twist ur picture 18 kinds of style faces.

LoNgEst....45 minutes!! of my day

my house, 13 mei- 6pm,

it was a black out.my mum was not around so left me n my bro only..thinking he got tuition tonight so i have to cook for him early..if not pitch black how to see anything,later simply throw in rubbish n masak(food poisoning)
ok,finish cooking i saw the sky was turning dark so i went to bath first..n came down around 7.15..n my bro had to leave for tuition already..tht means leaving me ALONE AT HOME...i never thought about tht part b4 =.=" the whole time i was thinking how to revise my maths n add maths if its not electric??!! most of all..how to sleep ...so hot~ sleeping naked came to my mind but then i thought later dunno wat insect will bite me,so sleeping naked(out of question)
so bcoz im scared of the dark so i light all the candles put 1 in the hall,kitchen ,dining...then i took a chair n sit outside the house(yes sounds weird)...armed with my add maths book also la..takkan sit there like some blur case looking at blackness,pretending can see something in nothing..oh ya i forgot to mention i also had a fren with me..my torchlight =)

ok..wat i did during this whole 45 minutes..i took the tochlight try to read the add maths, then it got too dark..so i just yea become the blur person staring at blackness,thinking i can see something in nothing...n use my fren to shine here n there lo...tht was my entertainment..plus my phone no credit,wanna sms ppl to teman me also cant T.T
then i couldnt tahan the mosquito, so basically i jsut sat quietly in the house on the couch until my dad reached...so relieved when he got back..
actually this post is dedicated to my torchlight...haha...coz it has teman me n gave me LIGHT~ the thing i most needed in the dark..plus also i can play with it la..swing the light left n right...XD

inner thoughts

u know,have u ever worked so hard on something u dun like but u have to excel with it? in my case studying la..
im not the study sort of person but i can excel if u make me work hard,i mean super hard..actually if there's a choice i wouldnt be studying for exams at all..i cant see the point of getting good results..get so good for wat??!! wat can u do in life tht is diff frm ppl who can also earn big $$ but got so low results in school??
so,to find out wat so great about the whole STRAIGHT A's thing..i tried studying hard for PMR lo..1 reason is bcoz i have cousins who are SMART BOOK worms n i dun want my relatives to look down on my parents so i try to show them i can be like them too. I tell u its torturing,u have to like read & do practices daily n sometimes bcox my life was SOO DULL i had emotional breakdown,i will cry all of a sudden, angry the next then cry again..its sick..but then result come out satisfying la,i get look highly among my relatives n i get FACE lo..but from all of this i dun get happinesss,now i look back whether it was all worth it anot..i would say not really lo..it has made me fed up of studying n wanting to do something else
its just peer pressure & society's pressure to do well in life..the whole purpose of going to school is to 1. make frens 2. LEARN SOMETHING dont really matter whether u can excel in it,as long u learned something thts the whole point...but NO~ nowadays exam is the THING, a passport to bring u some where higher in life(if u target high yes la) but for ppl who do other things,they too can excel in life(money money)

now im like numb to exams, sort of like dun care dun care feeling...but of course dun mean i will fail SPM,i have my plans,i'll read my own way n wont race to ace the school exam..iwont target so high for CRAZY 11A's if it takes my life away..my advise is do within our limits,do not over extend ourself,yes we can push ourself but if we end up in TANJUNG RAMBUTAN also wasted la..i dun wanna repeat wat i did in form 3 again. the emotional breakdown is a torture to me,i cant handle it *sigh*
