REALITY OF THE SOCIETY

" the world is a ugly place" does this phrase sound familiar to u ?

for the sake of curiousity,i explored to see whats sooo~~ UGLY bout the world outside.

we nowadays tend to live in style,drive frm 1 destination to next,thus along the journey whatever passes by us,we wouldn't even notice...

but,

once u come out to the working world,ya know earn a living n all,we realise how tough it is to just go make some money. first u gotta eat cheap,like "chap fan"tht kind of food bcoz we lack the $$,some hav to rely on public transportation to work,which means chasing for bus/LRT.sometimes even getting soak in rain.

this is the reality adults face everyday.other than tht, ppl say there are pickpockets,rapist robbers, but we shrug it off as though they will happen to us..mind you! they are everywhere,trying to protect yourself frm them is 1 thing u have to always think bout when ur out in the world.

i've seen flashers flashing at me, ppl harassing me in bus, customers being unfriendly,ppl dead on the road...through this experience,i learned more bout the world n ways i can prepare myself when it is my turn to take the duties of an adult,to work.

after u read this,im not trying to scare anyone,im just showing tht if its possible,take a chance to see wht the world is like,its not all sunny days, n smillin faces as we teens think, so at least when we step into the working world,we wont feel so naive,n fall trap into unwanted danger.

AND~this is also y parents like to say this "studying is so much better than working" because u dont have to worry bout $$,bout transport,jam,food...everything is provided for.

basically u do not need to learn to survive for ur life n death in school.but we will hav to face society one day,we could nvr run frm it..so the early we see,the better prepared we are.
