hands reflexology technique

here's a little MASSAGE u can do anywhere anytime

just follow the numbers according to the picture of the hand

1) if u suffer from indigestion /constipation, message your palm in a clockwise direction

2) for menstrual cramps,massage the area on the palm below your middle finger in a clockwise direction

3) for a quick pick-me-up on tired days, dig a nail into the middle of your finger tips

4) to improve insomnia, press down on the sides of your middle finger's top section

5) to ease headache,gently massage the knobs on the back of your hand

6) if you have backache,use your thumb to press the back of your hand under your middle finger in a downward direction

7) for shoulder ache,rub thses section on the back of your hand

WelCOme~ to my work desk! 1 HEll of a mess, surprisingly i manage to work my way in n out of tht tiny space, hardly being able to move my chair around...sadly i dun hv the authority to move all those stuff away,if not i would hv moved them away to somewhere~~

this is the toilet, as you can see there is light above the toilet bowl??!!

i suppose to make answering to nature's call an ENLIGHTENING MOMENT!!!

but nice design la, i can consider it as an inspiration for my future house designs ahah!!

AND everytime i visit "the bowl" behind this very door u were looking at, there is a notice

it sometimes makes me wonder what they are trying to say here...LEt ME RePeaT it for you *ehem* PLEASE DO NOT THROW PERSONAL SEATS INTO THE TOILET BOWL

and then my imagination will go wild ~~~things start forming in my head, silly things!

*imagining ppl bringing their office chair n TRIES EFFORTLESSLY to force it down the toilet bowl, What?? when ppl work ,they get stress,!!! so they will do anything crazy like throwing SEATS into toilet bowl...ahahah*

last day of job, requires me to wash sponges in the toilet, i stayed in the toilet for 1 hour, hands also become prune frm the washing, my only entertainment was the mirrors, so i enjoyed myself n
" test the lightings here"

ORIGINS facial model

been working at a company for past 2 weeks which deals with cosmetic n skin care products like Estee Lauder, MAC, DKNY, BOBBY BROWN, ORIGINS,CLINIQUE..ALOT More in fact~~~they do marketing n promotion for these products...

well of course i wasnt part of the promotion team, my job there was just to TYPE..TYPE TYPE...n a little packaging...

OK! as i was saying, the department im under, ORIGINS skin care product..heard of it? NO? YES? its a well known brand, go google! its VERY NATURAL, they use mainly herbs in their skin care product, n guess what for a natural product its pretty affordable compared to other brands...n they smell so herbal n gives u tht relaxing feel..LIKE SPA!!

they were having an event at THE GARDENS ,Mid Valley, which is also my work place...n thy needed ppl to be their facial model...

very last min thing, they asked me n i agreed!!! not because i get to be a
" model" but i wanna try their brand, n get free facial..hahah( u must be thinking, this gurl not bad take advantage to try company product)

TRUST ME! I DINT REGRET IT. it made me believe their product now tht i want to buy them...

ok,! so a facial model, like the term, meaning i sit there in front of 20++ ppl, let them wash my face ,apply this apply tht...n show the customers the difference after using their product..

i wasnt nervous or any sort, but i found it pretty weird, tht ppl keep taking picture of me while doing facial? LOL!!! n recording the whole process too in fact...ahahah

the before /after in fact was amazing! my skin GLEW like those ppl who has healthy nice skin( though my skin not tht good) but i looked fairer, face felt very clean, pampered n given loads of TLC...

1 product which i find it TRULY AMAZING is the face serum, i knw sounds like only OLD ppl should use right, but nah, its like a moisturizer with more OOMPH! in it, penetrates 3 layers of ur skin!!!

my skin is those if i sleep late, the next day it will be dry n black heads can be seen~but surprisingly my face still felt supple, got DOINK DOINK! like SK II ..n pretty clean~~ =)

girls i recommend this serum truly if ur the type tht always sleep late, u can use this serum everyday!!!

CHOW KIT adventure

You know? once everyone mentions Chow kit ..i BET100% of u will think of the * red light district* the place where u call chickens~~~haha ( prostitution street)

must be cheap i suppose~~~ but its sounds scary right...OK! so what am i doing there???

as my friend started a blog shop for selling accessories,we decided to help her out too, her little business...to get the supplies of stuff we need, we need to head to a mall which sells whole sale items like watches,hair clips, handphone accessories..etc etc...( GM mall)

(what a pity they dun wholesale clothes) hahah!!! i knw a place in petaling street does clothes wholesale ( hor chuin yuin)

thie first thing u would see when u enter is those rm10 handbags u can get frm flea markets...they sell a BUNCH wei~~~i can go strt business!!!

hahaha jk i hv no time

AND AND AND~~~remember u see ppl selling those nice n stylo watches on the street for like what? RM 10??? now i know where they get their stock from...HERE!!!!!

as we walk,we see watches.. OH! this lady was accidently caught in action while pulling her pants up..sorry~~ thnk god ur face is hidden here! SMART! avoid my camera~~
