ITS Boxing Day!

YO! ho! ho~ i hope u ppl are still in the jolly mood of christmas as there are like 10 days of it( if im not wrong la) =D

FOr Starters, i bet most of y'all would go to Singapore to see the gorgeous christmas deco,am i right? if not also, u would be out christmas shopping wit family =)

my christmas day is spent by going to KL town.Each yr christmas my family would go to see the christmas deco there,i tell u 1 mall nvr seem to dissapoint us each time =)

first we start off we the decorations at BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE

then  moving on to PAVILION

isn't it beautiful?? gorgeuos la~ i was jumping like a kid when they started spraying gold "dust" all over...this is the joy of christmas to me =)

the starting of winter solstice

chinese ppl celebrate "dong zhi" in honour to the starting of winter. pada zaman dahulu, ppl in china will eat "tang yuen"( i dunno eng call wht,i think its glutinous ball soup).

SO~ we org malaysia must follow custom also,although we 365 days is summer =)

u know la,malaysians LOVE to makan makan,thts y we follow custom,coz we wanna makan only..hahaha~

some ppl choose to eat ready made one outside,but i make myself..more fun..n dirty =)

n i still remember when i was young,me n my bro would make many many shapes,(star,santa claus,snowman) but it all cook d,blow up into 1 big ball of unrecognisable lump =.="

retail sales assistant/promoters job is?

First i got to start off with...ah~ its good to be back =D

for 9 days i've dissappeared frm here.WONDER WHY?

i was at here working in sunway pyramid's outlet..bet u all curious rite, wht do i normally do there as a sales assistant/promoter...

K,K hold on to ur seat,i will give u a customer point of view n promoter point of view =)

PROMOTER"S view:

• shift is very unregular,sometimes will work on morning(9.30am-6.30pm)afternoon(1pm-10pm)full shift(9.30am-10pm)
• have to stand n cant sit down at all unless break hours( lunch/dinner time) eventhough break time is 1 hr,but u dun get to sit much coz first u hv to walk to eating place,queue up to buy food,then eating time only get to sit,so its like half an hour of sitting down only then hv to walk back to the shop....
• hv to fold clothes,arrange shoes, wipe display table b4 shop opens in morn
• when customers come in,must say WELCOME( so i could probably hv said 100 times of welcome in a day)
• our storeroom is SUPER CRAMP N MESSY!

see the amout of space 1 person can pass through,literally hv to do gymnastic inside to get through the junk & also get customer's demand

have to climb like monkey either using ladder/ just climb on whtever u can step on(including bags of clothes) just to reach the highest part of items due to tht i got lots o cuts n bruises climbing this yellow racks T.T

• customers please pity us a bit, we hv to go through so much trouble getting wht u want,n u complain we very slow inside the storeroom..OUR STOCK IS SERIOUSLY NOT IN ORDER K! sometimes we cant find it,n behind these shoes u see,behind them is more of it..hidden frm our view
• we learn to read codes on the labels of clothes/shoes (thts hw we find ur size & things) =)
• we sometimes bluff u & say no stock coz we too tired frm standing ard whole~ day,lazy to climb ard in the store to find ( but we dun do tht all the time la) later supervisor found out will kill us
• we are also ur opinion givers( meaning u ask us everything frm do i look nice in this ar?..u think i can wear size M/S?...this shoe hw many inch? is it made of 100% cotton or leather?..can u model for me? wear it n show me..where's the toilet/fitting room..y no discount..when ur sales?)

CUSTOMER"S VIEW:

nw i'll teach u all hw to read shoe size n clothes size =)

• for shoes we have size 35= size 4,  36=5,  37=6,  38=7,  39=8,  40=9
• for clothes XS=34 , S=36,  M=38,  L=40,  XL=42
• items are all very crazily high for very thin material its bcoz, all ELLE stuff are purely imported from PARIS,FRANCE
• i suppose all above applies for clothes/shoes shop u go to =)

EXPERIENCE learnt:

• most ELLE customers, are normally long time ELLE fans..SERiOUS! they come in sometimes top to bottom ELLE,ELLE ELLE clothes,bag shoes
• a lot of this place customers is aunties =.=" rich aunties n grandma
• a lot of ppl can afford LV hor~ dunno fake or real one
• i dun buy my store stuff( too expensive n material not good) (material too good n price highly good also )
• i knw hw hard a promoters job is,next time i go to any shop i wont complain say they slow in taking things for me 
• must always smile n be nice,cannot hold handphone in pocket T.T
