what am I talking about? im talking bout F.R.I.M!

yes, its by far the BEST first camping trip i had been to! honestly, town ppl like me,have not been inside the jungle .The most terrible place i've been to is only Kampung area...and yea that doesn't really count much as called living in the wild!

FRIM is close to it la :P though it still has basic facilities like toilet n kitchen hehe and a rest area deck with fans n lights...other than that , u sleep in tents, n bring your own food...n also feed urself to mosquitos if u don't have a mosquito repellent.

my first thought bout this trip was...will i survive just ONE day living in the wilderness.?! because im afraid of mosquito bites & sunburn.:(

at the end i didn't regret..im actually hoping for more trips like this to come...the best part was because of the friends that came along to this trip...a trip is always fun when u have friends with u =)

i dunno but i feel like a small kid when talking bout this trip, with those shiny eyes,talking bout something with full excitement! like someone has just shown me an amazing magic trick ...

A gained a few "my first times "here...not those "stuff "ur thinking about..but something as simple as first trip to a waterfall, first time camping, first time walking at night in the jungle & see some magic take place( a magic can only be seen at night at FRIM)

i had a splendid time there, ah~~ cant wait for more outings like this~:D
if any of you all have a big group and feel like going for some outing but no idea where, u can think of FRIM camping =) its a great get together place!

凉茶 + 糖水= 凉水

lately i'm in the mood of making sweet stuff ,that is not so fattening..and its a drink...

i'm not sure you all have tasted this b4 but i only tasted it at my dad's friend's house during CNY.. and it was sooooo nice to drink, i tell ya! ..if you're the type who likes to drink "liong cha" then this would be something new for u =)

its pretty easy to make...and it only takes 15 mins to boil~~ yes, i prefer less than 1 hour job kind of cooking because my lifestyle is hectic, no time to play around with dishes, just cook & eat..

okay let's start !

ingredients you need =

1.Goci Berry ( gei zhi)

2. Longan - the dried ones

3.red dates- sweetened is better ,so that u don't need to add sugar later on, the red dates sweetened is sweet enough

4. don't forget u need a pot to boil!

cooking method=

1. take 1 hand full of Goci berries( gei zhi),

then rinse the Goci Berry ( Gei zhi) in water( just to wash it)

Longan you may put as many as you wish, for minimum put 10 pieces

2 . take out a pot & dump the goci berry, longan & red dates in

* the amount of red dates you need to put in depends on how sweet you want it to be*

1 packet of sweetened red dates has about almost 20 red dates i think... you can put in 10 first, if its not sweet enough,you can continue adding more in later on

3. add water in....if you are using a medium size pot, you can add the water till full

big size pot ,water is slightly more than half pot

small pot ,water you can add full & lessen the red dates

4.let it boil ! for 15 mins( this is using big fire).

when you see it bubbling & it has turned to" liong cha" colour which is brownish like this ---> then you can taste it to see if its sweet enough..

still not sweet? add more red dates & boil for 5 mins..

sweet enough already? off the fire , let it cool down then serve

oh by the way its a healthy drink, because "gei zhi" is good for the eyes, so you can add more "gei zhi" and eat it up in the drink =)

all the ingredients is edible, so do eat them unless you don't like eating longan / red dates, but eating the "Gei zhi " is a MUst! MUSt!

Pulau Perhentian & Redang practising black magic on tourists !

I stayed in Pulau (island) Redang

And Pulau Perhentian In Terengganu For 2 weeks due to my research and I observed a lot of things done by the local youngsters to the ladies who visited there.

The VICTIMS are those who come alone or with group of girls only, most of them came with one female friend.

They acted as a normal driver of the
boat for the resorts but they selected the lone or girls victims mostly the dumb Chinese girls and western ladies. But if the girls are accompanied by guys, they will not dare to touch. When they reached the snorkeling area, they will 'HELP' the ladies by holding their hands to snorkel here and there. Most of the Chinese ladies
wear exposed and sexy swim wears and they will peep into their bras and underwears from behind.
The worst part are they seemed to bring along their local friends to join the club, to get one or two victims everyday.
They gathered on the jetty and looking at their preys. Then, they will guide the girls to a plastic containers with fresh water to wash them up, sometime trying to 'help' them by touching their body parts. These girls thought they were friendly and helpful but they have others intention.

When the girls are so busy washing and cleaning up, the locals will hand them the mineral water (with something inside), the girls will drink it. It happened everyday. Then suddenly the girls will allow them to hold her hands and walked to the boats and go away to the resort and finally to the rooms with the others local 'friends' following behind 'TO JOIN THE PARTY'!!!

Sometimes they will ask the local or western ladies whether they like to apply some sun block cream. Then they will apply some on their skin. Once, to my surprise the lady bare her breast and let them 'played'.

Then I knew what they applied is actually the 'Minyak Dagu' or Corpse Oil', one type of 'Jampi or Curse Oil' so that you will love them. They kissed her until she brought them to her room. SURPRISE!!! ( I think my fellow friends and I were more handsome (100 times) then the local guys, haha)
Please remember in Terengganu state, the Black Magic is strong over there. I have observed these for 2 weeks but cannot stop them, they have many many friends around, if I questioned them , I will be in trouble...over there. I hope every lady will take precaution on this matter and forward it to everyone.

Just let them know that if the drivers are so friendly and took advantages on them, they have to beware. I am so frustrated because the girls are so dumb to trust them.

I asked one of the victim and she said she didn't remember anything but She said she have some DREAM that she have sex with the locals. SEE !!!

Beware when you're going out snorkling especially ladies' & girls' team only. Boatmen would drug the mineral water when your are busy snorkelling.
Later you passed out after drinking the water when you get back on the boat.
There are insufficient evidence to prosecute them cause they cleverly done their job including dressing up victim nicely to original & don't leave any traces behind even ejected externally. And when the victims awakened they were told they had a short nap. Salt water further makes it difficult for them to discover on the spot until perhaps later.. This happened in Pulau Tioman and can happened any other places. Victims include Italian, American, Japanese, Chinese, Arabian & even Malays.
Please pass this message on to all the world.

Beware!!! The most important thing is "don't drink the mineral water and don't apply the sun block cream given by the boatman !"

but in actual fact this is what we did UP IN GENTING HIGHLANDS!~~u maybe thinking what? wrong place bcoz people's concept of Genting is Genting= Theme park = Casino...
not sipping drinks n chit chat..

but we're not so in the mood of going there for the theme park rides, we just want some cold air <--- Selangor is hot! and some relaxation~~ õkay since my 2 friend bloggers William & Wee Vien

a different approach ... =)we took bus up to the skyway area...from 1 u...pretty comfortable ride for RM7 n for 45 mins of travel time...

hmmm there's a lady somewhere in this picture sunbathing topless ( of course bikini unstrapped n lying face down on the chair) it will be so wrong if her bikini is unstrapped n she's facing the sky haha! anyway...tht was the first thing the guys saw...guys~~`guys~~ oh yeah it was hot when went to our hotel, so its possible to sunbath, otherwise i dun think anyone would wanna sunbath in the cold...

there was to it than this, Awana is really a nice place to walk around but we dint go sightseeing around it...
i got no idea what to say bout this pic...haha! i guess we're admiring the little greens around tht corridor?! it does look like "y is it taking so long to get the room key? " expression :P

next u should check out your hotel room view mmm~~ nice view ..good good =)

while waiting for the shuttle bus to go up Genting highlands for lunch after checking in & dumping the heavy luggage.. u should stone & pose at the same time :P

when people are looking at food menu, u should not take pictures! or else you will get this face :P!
food wherever u go up in Genting is always the double of KL prices...so come prepared with kaching $$
when waiting for food to come, its nice to take pics too ..LOL! to kill time ~~
when looking at what food to eat, u shouldn't concentrate too hard, just smile at the menu & voila u know what food to eat XD ( more like im limited to only 2 choice in the menu) so its not tough to decide :D
you should always have a decision making session to everywhere u wanna go when u have no idea where to go..if u get bored, smile at the camera man ( william )
u should play the arcade machines too....there's some thrill in seeing those coupons come out of the machine like coins flowing out when u hit JACKPOT!
and then when u think okay,~~ i got few hundred coupons, should be able to get something nice..
you go to the counter..and stand in awe at those prizes which are worth few thousand coupons...and then u just go O.O! n keep staring...hahah!
u should also take picture in the arcade ( as proof you went there XD) ok, nolah...they just wanted an ALLGUYS only picture..so yeah~~

now what should we do ? what shall we do? still got few more hours to kill b4 7pm shuttle comes to pick us back to Awana...
GO Starbucks and chit chat, enjoy the rain, because it started to rain and the weather was chilly..and we're all drinking cold drink...aaah~~~~ what a combo! cold air + cold drink = double freezing ~~

then what to do ? what to do again?? this trip has a lot of WHAT TO DO's~~~

we had dinner at the restaurant/bar by the pool at our hotel....
it was nice,sitting under those umbrella stands, nice cold air...near the pool...got yellow lightings...
chatting , eating dinner ...and got ants crawling on the tree behind me~~~very geli...then stare at some more ants infront of me on the umbrella stand..@.@ but overall the talking kept me away frm staring at the ants..too hungry till we forgot to take picture..oh did i mention price for food at tht bar is much reasonable than up at Genting?!

its a long journey from genting highlands from the skyway area...a long way down too~~

oops! got 1 person missing ( Jason) don't worry he will appear in the next group picture! O.O! if all of us cross- legged here we would look in Sync! =) this is while waiting for the bus back to 1u...gosh all of us once ON the bus, all started snoozing away...haha!
